Visiting Assistant Professor of Psychology
The Wabash College Psychology Department invites applications for a Visiting Assistant Professor position in Clinical/Counseling Psychology to begin July 1, 2026. The position is for one-year, with the possibility of renewal based on a positive review. A doctorate degree in Counseling or Clinical Psychology is preferred. ABD candidates will be considered. The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to teaching and research about clinical and/or counseling psychology in an undergraduate, liberal arts setting. Teaching responsibilities include three courses each semester, with possibilities including diagnosis and treatment of mental illness, an introductory course in general psychology, methods and statistics to psychology majors, intermediate and advanced courses in the candidate’s area of expertise, and all-college courses.
