The Wabash College Psychology Department invites applications for a Visiting Assistant Professor position in Psychology to begin July 1, 2026. The area of specialization is open; candidates with clinical and/or counseling interests are especially encouraged to apply. The position is for one-year with the possibility of renewal. A doctorate degree in Psychology is preferred; ABD candidates will be considered. The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to teaching and research in an undergraduate liberal arts setting. Principal Duties The Department of Psychological Sciences in the College of Health and Human Sciences at Purdue University invites applications for an academic-year (9-month) clinical assistant professor (non-tenure track) position based in Indianapolis. The successful candidate will teach primarily undergraduate psychological sciences courses as well as play a key role in developing and implementing the department’s academic programs at Purdue in Indianapolis, an extension of the West Lafayette campus.
