Assistant Professor of Psychology The Department of Psychological and Cognitive Sciences at Randolph College seeks applications for a tenure-track assistant professor to begin in August 2026. The area of specialization is open, but we are seeking someone with credentials or graduate training in the clinical and/or counseling fields. We seek a colleague with a strong commitment to teaching excellence. We offer a major and minor in both psychology and in cognitive science with a long tradition of research-based psychological inquiry emphasizing research design, interpretation of data, and practical application. Primary Responsibilities Typical teaching load is 3 courses per semester in our innovative Take2 curricular model, where courses are offered in two 7-week sessions each semester.
